1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or opened personal care products

  • Oils, serums, creams once the seal is broken

  • Intimate wellness products (e.g., enhancement or tightening oils)

2. Eligible Returns / Exchanges

You may request an exchange or return only if:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photo proof of the issue

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-7 working days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
